LWA Annual Meeting with Guest Speaker Jesse Hieb
August 26, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
We invite you to our Annual Meeting!
Featuring guest speaker Jesse Hieb
It’s time to get together and celebrate the achievements of the LWA for 2017. Members will also have the opportunity to vote on photo entries from LWA’s 1st Annual Photo Contest.
The afternoon will begin with a short business meeting followed by a presentation from Jesse Hieb. Jesse filmed his experience of paddling all 430 miles of the Wisconsin River over 21 days by himself in September of 2016 on a standup paddleboard. A first in history. His story offers an authentic reality adventure and experience for the audience while educating about the global impact of the Wisconsin River’s history. The event will end with the results from the 2017 LWA photo contest.
Can’t wait to see you on August 26th!!
