SUMMARY:Columbia County Shoreland Zoning Presentation
DESCRIPTION:In response to recent changes to Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter NR 115 and 2015 Wisconsin Acts\n55 and 167\, Columbia County is required to update their Shoreland‐Wetland Protection Ordinance by\nOctober 1\, 2016 in order to comply with State requirements. Under 2015 Wisconsin Act 55\, Wisconsin\ncounties cannot be more restrictive in their shoreland regulations and therefore must adopt the standards\nset by the State. Columbia County Planning & Zoning staff will be conducting presentations at the locations\nlisted below to explain the new requirements and answer any questions the public may have. Shoreland\nowners\, contractors\, landscapers\, lake association members\, and those who live\, play\, or work near a lake\,\nriver\, or stream in Columbia County are encouraged to attend one of these presentations. \nPresentation Schedule: Columbia County Shoreland Zoning Presentations \nAll presentations will run from 6:00-8:00pm
