Volunteers needed for Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention!!

Don’t you just hate it when you’re cruising on the lake and you run into a weed patch. Or, you realize your favorite swimming or fishing hole has taken over by weeds? If so, you can be a part of the solution to this problem. Southwest Badger Research & Development Council has received a Clean Boats, Clean Waters grant to help educate lake users on how to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species. Volunteers are needed a couple nights a week and some weekend days for Moon Valley Boat Launch just south of Merrimac.
